The featured wedding was fabulous in every way, and has remained one of my life’s treasured moments. The hotel location, facing the Pacific – the Pavilion in the middle of the Garden – and the unforgettable entrance of the bride and groom in the carriage coming down the hill – were breathtaking. It was my first experience to release butterflies, and the abundance of flower petals was magnificent.
The bride looked ravishing in her wedding gown as well as the rest of the bridal entourage.
The banquet hall was decorated exquisitely and the menu, an outstanding performance to equal the best chef of the Chaine des Rotisseurs or Iron Chef. The follow up dinners were also a delight.
It was a perfect wedding!
